No walk tonight but . . .

. . . Had a great de-stressing evening with a friend making a double batch of bread, eating noodles, drinking wine (too much) and chewing the fat! GREAT night! Really needed that.
Now I've taken my 2 x valerian and am headed to bed.

    de-stressing is just as important as everything else. Stress just makes us gain/retain the weight, so that sounds like a good night indeed!
