Being honest with myself

Today (Thursday) was a tougher day with tougher choices than yesterday. I only worked until 1:30 pm, then had to head right to the doctor's office for my annual physical. Strangely enough, this appointment included just a little bit of awesome...
When the nurse asked me to step on the scale she set the scale up with the block at 100 lbs, when I told her she needed to put the next block up she said I didn't look like I was over 150 lbs. Wow! The scale there weighed me heavier than my scale at home, however it felt damn good to see that my weight at my last physical was 210 lbs. I've come a long way BABY!!
Today was a super rushed day. Work, drive 45 mins to the doctor, have my appointment, take prescriptions (for Twinrix) to the pharmacy, go to pick up shoes, pick up dinner (which wasn't a great choice - but I was honest enough to put on my nutrition tracker for today), go home, eat a piece of chicken, go for a run (5.4k) to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription, eat another piece of chicken, jump in the shower, get dressed and ready to go out, go to my BFF's house to meet her, go to the bar (another 40 mins drive), watch the band we like and come back home.
I wanted to keep my plans in check, so I logged on here to track the rest of my food (AND the drink I had at the bar) and I wrote a small note in my joural. Now, it's time to go to bed - looks like I won't get 7 hours of sleep tonight :( Will get 5 1/2 if I go to sleep right now...goodnight.
