What..... February already???

What happened one month already gone in 2012!! Wow, well, I kinda feel like I wasted 15 of the 31 days last month.... I know I had been sick a few of those days but I also know I did not stay true to my nutrition guidelines either...... I must stay on track these next 27 days......Yep 27 more days in FEB. this is leap year so we have 29 days in this month......
So I guess I am blogging so that I have something written in writing what my goals for this month are....
Drink 64 ounces of water a day or more!
If I must have a soda only 1 soda a day must be diet or coke zero.
I must watch my sodium intake, and I must also watch my fat intake.....( I say this because 11 days in Jan. I was within my calorie rage but my fat content was outrageous........)
I must Zumba at least 3 times a week of not more.......
I also must do Strength training.........I only did this 10 days last month and one of the reason's was because of a BLC challenge!!!
Ok got your goals in check!! Now Tammy go forth and accomplish them!!!
