Day 4 of Walk to Health

Day 4 (Feb 2, 2012) I went to bed early and had a good nite's sleep. I was up at 3:30am, did laundry, email, packed lunch, had breakfast and at 6 am started my workout before work. I did my walking tape. I did 2 miles, but felt tired doing the tape. I don't know why I felt tired after that great nite's sleep. I have been doing my workout before breakfast. This morning I had oatmeal, a banana and a cup of coffee before workout. I think I will go back to eating breakfast after workout. Didn't feel tired when I did that the first 3 days. Have a great day....off to work!
