New week

Last week started out bad after I was getting negative feed back from my Kettlebell Instructor then I found out it was an issue with one person who's been acting out towards everyone. Anyways it's behind me and I'm over it done. I will remain positive and continue to encourage others to dig deep and do their best. I won't instruct per say unless I'm leading the class, which in all honesty I don't do. I might make a suggestion but that's it. I actually have a couple people asking me for my help all the time and I give it if asked. If that's a problem I'm not sure how. I love going to live classes and being a part of the process. I'm really close to quite a few and I also think that posses an issue but that's who I am. I take the time to listen and hear what others are saying. I welcome the opportunity to be a positive influence and I always encourage people to keep trying. I hope to see a loss tomorrow after this weeks workouts, I'm getting a new program set up so that I have a challenge in the am and can complete Kettlebell live classes 4 times a week. In the next week or so I hope to add a spinning class once a week as well. Cross training is where it's at. Muscle mass is increasing and weight loss has been slow the past couple of weeks but I know my body does this before it moves to the next level. It is a long process but with endurance and determination I'll get there.
