February Checking In

Just checking in. It has been a month since my last blog post. There hasn't been much to write about.

I got a treadmill. I just need to set it up and start using it. My goal is to walk 356 miles by the end of the year. At this time I am barely able to walk a mile. I know in just a short time, I'll be racking up the miles. I've been sedentary for 12 years. My body isn't going to become a well oiled machine overnight.

I'm also in the process of making playlists on my iTunes. I downloaded a program that will sort all my music by bpm. I think it will be fun to see my progress as I move up to faster music.

Yesterday I saw the Pompeii Exhibit at the Museum of Science in Boston. It was incredible. If you get the chance to see it, please do. It has less than 2 weeks left in Boston. I don't know where it will be next.
