I hit the reset button today. Reset my trackers and my SparkDiet Stage. I weighed in and took all my measurements this morning.

I got the book a while ago and have been making my way through a few chapters. Now I felt it was time.

I've created 3 Fast Breaks, namely:

~Drink 8 cups of water a day (I have been doing good on no soda, more water, but still not getting enough water in a day)
~Take the stairs if it is 4 flights or less and walk up escalators (have one of those mega long ones when I get off the subway on my way to work)
~Post a blog or in a team every day

In addition, I'm continuing my no soda streak and strive to turn my lights off before 11 pm at least 22 out of the 29 nights in February. That is to help me get more sleep of course. The loose goal to get more sleep in January didn't work, so I'm trying to be a bit more specific on how to accomplish that.

February will also be a no sweets month. There is nothing to celebrate really in February - except Valentines, and my little 11-month old Valentine doesn't eat sugar yet so we'll feast on something else that day.

It might seem ambitious, but several of these are already "in effect" and I feel it's the right stuff I need to do at the moment.
Here's to a fabulous February! emoticon

Very consistant goals I think - "förnuftigt" - would be the swedish word. Hope to see you around!

Sounds like some good goals. I think the no sweets things will be the hardest, but going by your activity feed, it looks like you're off to a good start! emoticon

This sounds like a great start. Not too much and not too little. Build those habits into your life and you will definitely see a difference. Keep up the good work.
