Getting it together (again)

Today is as good a day as any to get back on track. I have been somewhat unfocussed since the holidays, and am tired of it. 5 weeks today I will be driving to Florida to leave for an 8 day Caribbean cruise and I'd like to be at my goal weight by then - under 150 lbs.
I have 10 lbs to lose and 5 weeks to do it. It's a lofty goal, but I'm going to work my hardest to get there. I had a fairly good day today with my food choices...perhaps I had a few too many carbs, but I kept within my range (if at the high end). Even more important, I kept my committment to myself to track (all of) my food here in SparkPeople.
I went to boot camp and struggled through the class. I've been sick with cold since last week and I'm still not 100% so I felt quite dizzy through the class tonight. I'm hoping to go for a short run tomorrow night (before heading out for a GNO to see a band), and that will help me meet my committment to run at least (5k) once per week.
Feeling good...about getting it together (again).
