1200 calories a day

So far, the 1200 calories a day that my doctor asked me to try for, hasn't been that difficult. There are so many options out there for foods that are low in calories but also HIGH in taste, that I've been pretty happy.

I'm also watching my sodium intake since my blood pressure was elevated last time I went to the doctor, and that's been a little more difficult to keep down. I don't like to cook so I've been relying on pre-packaged foods or eating out - and sodium seems to be pretty high in both options. So I'm really watching the stats when I make a new purchase at the grocery store or out.

I get random pizza cravings sometimes, so I'm hoping my newly purchased Amy's Kitchen pizzas will help with that. They're stored away in the freezer, just in case. So no more Dominos pepperoni for me!
