1. Maintain exercise program of cardio 3-4 days per week and ST 2 days per week.
on cardio. ST was done about once a week.
2. Train for first half marathon on June 17, 2012.
I have been running at least twice a week and am starting to increase the mileage on my long runs. Will follow the Jeff Galloway plan for finishing a half-marathon.
3. Lose 10 pounds and then maintain weight in 160's.
I did not lose any weight in January. However, the good news is that I did not gain any weight either.
4. Track food using Sparkpeople nutrition tracker 3 days per week.
This did not happen and basically explains why the results for item 3 were what they were. I have been tracking my food for the last 2 days so a new streak has begun.
