1. Maintain exercise program of cardio 3-4 days per week and ST 2 days per week.
emoticon on cardio. ST was done about once a week. emoticon

2. Train for first half marathon on June 17, 2012. emoticon I have been running at least twice a week and am starting to increase the mileage on my long runs. Will follow the Jeff Galloway plan for finishing a half-marathon.

3. Lose 10 pounds and then maintain weight in 160's. emoticon I did not lose any weight in January. However, the good news is that I did not gain any weight either.

4. Track food using Sparkpeople nutrition tracker 3 days per week. emoticon This did not happen and basically explains why the results for item 3 were what they were. I have been tracking my food for the last 2 days so a new streak has begun.

Will keep you posted on my February results.

    At least you made about 2 of your goals so that's a good thing. And I think that it's a great thing that you didn't gain anything even though I know it feels much better to see those numbers move on their way down. Good luck to you in February on meeting your goals :)

    I find it hard to do the ST and track food too. I gained back about 5-8 pounds by slacking off and I am hoping to lose it again. So far, I am doing better. I was pretty happy not to have gained in January. I think that is a great achievement for both of us.
