10 a day if not more... managed all but 6 days last month
atleast 1800 minutes this month.. did over 2,381 last month.. So I m hoping to get there this month as well.
healthier.. on ave went over my calories about once a week.. not by much and nothing really over 2,000 but still would like to do better than this.
do better with my sodium in take.. this is my biggest problem at this point. I need to stay well under 2,300 a day.
trying for 8 hours every night!
take them every day
once a week
once a month
log on every day
track every day.. everything!
do my best to keep up with and encourage all as much as I possible can!!!
Do something for myself ATLEAST once a week!!!
Okay so I think I covered it all... lol.
