emoticon 10 a day if not more... managed all but 6 days last month

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon atleast 1800 minutes this month.. did over 2,381 last month.. So I m hoping to get there this month as well.

emoticon healthier.. on ave went over my calories about once a week.. not by much and nothing really over 2,000 but still would like to do better than this.

emoticon do better with my sodium in take.. this is my biggest problem at this point. I need to stay well under 2,300 a day.
