I think it is time to set up some kind of goal for each month. Then maybe I will do better if I have a goal to meet. I am going to workout 30min a day on the elliptical no matter what time it is or what happens. I am gonna do insanity at least twice a week. Gotta get back on that, makes me feel so good to get through one of them hard workouts. I am gonna work in zumba at least twice a week. When I get my income tax I am getting a hrm and the pink method. Good luck to everyone in Feb. January just flew by. It is amazing to me that the older you get the faster time flies. WOW!
