I LOVE MAKING PROGRESS!

Its Wednesday night and I'mIn the middle of my 2nd week of my Kettle-bell 6 weeks of training, and my first week of 28-day bootcamp, and feeling GOOD! Really happy with the amount of exercise I'm getting, and the more I do, the more I want to do!

Not feeling too stressed at work (other than no aircon for 2 days!), had one decent night's sleep this week (that needs improvement), eating is all good (I really wanted something sweet tonight after dinner and instead of indulging in something bad, I had a kiwifruit and plum - just right!), I'm keeping a stress journal, and am making progress!

During my walk tonight I was really aware of my core muscles engaging when I walked up steep hills! I have noticed them before now, but am excited about it nevertheless! Progress is a great thing isn't it?

I LOVE MAKING PROGRESS!
