Getting there by baby steps

Although it took me about 5 hours, I got out the 4 job applications/resumes/letters that needed to go out today, and completed it by 2 (my personal deadline since I had to get paperwork out by 3). Spoke with my attorney, and I don't HAVE to meet with the job coach on Thursday. I will speak further with my attorney tomorrow. My stress is a little better, but not quite where I want it. I still suspect sinus/ear infection or something. Today the ears were hurting. I played an online game an mmorpg that I haven't had the chance to play in a long time, and a lot had changed, so it was like a vacation, and it was relaxing to do.
I still don't know about the gym membership. I will call tomorrow and see the prognosis on that. I have been wearing my pedometer the last two days, and logging my food and fitness.
Today was harder for me to remember to eat. I did, but not as focused on what I was doing - I did ok though. There is still something rather intuitive. One helping at dinner, and didn't eat it all. My dh made a nice salad with it too. Now I am focusing on finishing my water.
I also took some time and looked through some library books I borrowed on felting and needlefelting. No crochet for me today, my hands hurt.

    Good for you getting the applications out! So glad you could get some fun in your day -I confess to wasting my day away playing online games :P. Stress usually causes people to overeat, you are lucky if it causes you to lose your appetite, but you do need proper nutrition when you are healing so please be careful with that.
    So sorry your hands hurt -I deal with that a lot, its a nuisance, but my splints help when I remember to use them..

    It is important that you eat at least 3 meals and a couple of snacks a day. I prepare my snack in the A.M. about 20 ounces of a smoothie and drink it throughout the day. Smoothies are easy to fix; put in the refrigerator and take it as needed. I put mine in a 20 ounce water container. If I go shopping I'll take it with me and if necessary put it in an iced cooler.
