Last week I was sick with flu, wasn't feeling right because of a stomach bug, didn't eat a thing for a couple of days, but tea and then when hunger finally came back, I just can't stop eating... I don't know, I keep having snack after snack and I can't find any reason to stop. No motivation at all.
What can I do?!?

Take an hour and center yourself. On a piece of paper, do some brain storming. Write down where you are now and where you want to be. Write about why you want to lose weight, why you want to get healthy and what you will get out of the deal. Type the list up and print it off. Tape it to the pantry or fridge door. See I think the motivation to continue is within you, you just need to remind your self. With a few copies of your reasons blocking you from the snacks, you should be able to get yourself to the mental place you need to be.

You have to tell yourself enough. I know it's hard, but you will feel much better than if you continue to do it. You will hate yourself for letting yourself go. If you're well enough, take a short brisk walk first. That should help to get rid of the cravings. Good Luck!

You have to find that inner motivation and put the snacks down. You and only you can get you where you want to be. Stay positive. If you feel you need to snack put down the junk and pick up something healthy, like an apple or some carrot sticks, you will save a lot of calories in the long run.
