This Will Be Worth It!

I just worked out so hard that I was physically sick. I just worked out so hard that my foot that is affected by RSD feels like it has been dipped into the fires of hell, but I am excited.

I will not give up. The workouts will not be done in vain. They WILL be worth it. This will make me stronger, and it will make me a better person, husband and father. I WILL WIN.

    Way to go Brett!... I too hit the "sick at my stomach" workout this morning with my Leg Workout. Whew...

    Absolutely agree with you FITKIZ. I have been building up to this for around 12 weeks now. I ride my exercise bike 5 times a week, and have not missed a session in those 12 weeks. I think I hit my limit today and that is ok, when I started I could not even get 6 miles done in 30 mins, and now I can hit 11 without being ill, 12 if I hit my max :) I am in it for the long haul :)

    Great Job!! Please make sure to exercise in moderation and give yourself adequate rest. The biggest mistake I see, over and over, is that so many of us jump into the deep end and burn out after about a week. Water, and rest, will help you go from "workout" to "streak" and it's in the streaking that we see the biggest results.
