Attempting to do another bootcamp after giving up on the January one after about...2 days. My baggiest pants are not so baggy right now, and I had to lie down to get my favorite pants on the other day...yikes! Then all that stuff that hangs over on my sides...that HAS to go! I hope that this February boot camp will allow me to put those baggy pants back in the bottom corner of my closet!
I havent had a break through in a while with my hula hoop either. I am hoping i just need to get it out of my cramped bedroom and into some open air. But for now I have hit a plateau in my skill level. I try to hoop in the other direction and it is so much harder! I can barely keep it up, whereas normally I could go for 100s of rotations no problem.
I also hope this February bootcamp will make the man a little trimmer...he lost a ton of weight when we first met, and then was so skinny! Since we've been living together he has been eating alot more, which I guess I should take as a compliment, but I want his muscles back! Hopefully I can challenge him to a few jogs or something
