I'm Overweight!!!!!! Really it is a good thing

Good morning Sparkies,

I forgot to check my BMI after saturdays weigh in, btw i have only done one check in weight since then. I checked it this morning. I am officially no longer obese. i am overweight. Woohoo!!!! 37 pounds to healthy. By this May it will be done. i vow right now. May i will hit 183 but to make it easier 180 so i am in the healthy range.
So now it is time for the recap.
Saturday was busy me cooking after work. i actually had to figure out how to get all my calories in. Sunday we were so busy at work so i ate only a serving of everything. But the bad news is when I got home and ate my leftovers. Yeah not good. And yesterday. Was just ugggh. It started out good. Ate my breakfast. Had a protein bar. Didn't get to eat lunch until 5pm. Because my coworkers decided they needed lunches and by the time I could take one there wasn't coverage. So I didn't eat until i got on campus for night class. then we went to applebees half price appitizers not good at all. But i did drink water.
So today will be a running AND gym day. Need to work off the boneless wings. Mozzarella sticks too. uggghh.

    I know the feeling-I am only 5 pounds away from overweight vs obese! Been doing strength training, cardio and staying at lower end of my calorie range and in 4 months gone from 252 to 207. Woohoo!

    We all have times like that, but you have to keep in mind the past is the past, no matter how hard you beat yourself up you cannot change the past. All you can do is look at it, learn from it, and keep pushing forward. Keep it up! You're doing great! emoticon
