So challenge 1 - Stress busters- not starting off well here as am still sleeping badly which means a little bit on the ratty side! I am trying to improve things (whale song as a lullaby worked ok, but I think I had it up a bit loud. Not convinced lullabies are my thing) tonight I'll be taking valerian. Have been keeping a journal, and was very pleasant at work today despite the aircon not working and the entire lab feeling like a sauna! Unhappy hot staff, but they sucked it up which was great - might buy everyone ice blocks tomorrow! Should have done it today, but only thought of it just then :(
Challenge 2 - 28 day bootcamp - did day 2 video today, plus JM Shred it with weights L1 (25mins), plus a walk along the beach/waterfront for 46mins after work. Even took the killer steps down the cliff to the water and back up. Ooohhh was I hot and sweaty after that! No swim at the end though as the tide was out too far or not back in enough! So good day for exercise which I guess is also a good day for stress levels :)
Just cooking cheesy vege stuffed eggplant (spark recipe) for dinner, hope it's ready soon as I'm starving!
