Healthier Snacking

I get the "munchies" every evening and it seems like real hunger to me. I've read the articles that it may just be thirst. Hmm...I was hungry tonight when I got home around 8:30. Knowing I wanted something that would help fill me but also be low in calories, I tried hot chocolate. It was 70 calories and it did help. However, I did go back about an hour later for a high-fiber cookie. I'm hoping this fiber does my body good. The box says it is very healthy and provides all sorts of nutrients. I know I'll be able to sleep now and not be hungry going to bed.

    I just figure on having two or three snacks a day and add it into my tracker. I keep healthy snacks on hand just for that very thing! Good luck to you!
