Tiny creatures in my closet........

Monday, January 30, 2012

Today I found a new quote not really a quote per say but a Funny!! I really enjoyed reading it and it brighten my attitude so I wanted to be sure and pass it along as well to those that read my blog......

Calories (noun) Tiny creatures that live in your closet and sew your clothes a little bit tighter every night!!!

I think a few days ago I would have believed the tiny creature scenario for sure........
Well, after my last blog I was not sure what was going on with my body. After I did some careful calorie counting and menu observation I realized I had lot's more sodium in my diet this past week than in weeks past......So lots of extra water!!!

Today was a fairly good day today, went to Zumba had a great 60 minute workout!! I have been wanting to buy a calorie counter to "see" how many calories I am actually burning. Their is a lady in our class that burns anywhere from 890 to 1012 calories per class! I have noticed that the class's she is really moving well and working her party grove on those are the classed she is burning the most calories!!! I would love to know I was burning that much!!!

3500 calories we need to burn a week in order to loose 1 pound! So between my calories and my exercise..... I would like to burn about 2 to 3 pounds a week!!! It is just a matter of getting my workout and strength training......

Well, I just want to really do what ever I have to to keep those tiny Calorie creatures out of my closet......
