Switching to whole food diet....and other random events.

I am trying to switch to eating whole foods (to avoid an allergic reaction to corn, which is in EVERYTHING!) This is harder than I thought it would be... especially lunches during the work week. Does anyone have any quick lunch suggestions?
Another stressful issue lately is that Macy now has asthma in addition to her dyslexia & epilepsy. I took her into my allergy doctor to have her tested, and she is breathing at 57% capacity. She is taking 2 inhalers daily until her follow-up appointment next week. (they did allergy testing too... she is only allergic to dust & cattle.)
On a positive note, I have been Dew-free for over 2 weeks now! YAY! (I have had one Mellow Yellow though, does that count??) This addiction is very hard! I don't know why I crave it so much.
I've been to the gym 3 days in a row now... and gained 2 pounds!?!? My body is freaky... always does the opposite of "normal." I've decided to track my food (again) to see if maybe I'm eating too much or too little.... Maybe since I had processed food for lunch today, my weight will go down again?!? LOL.
Well, thanks for "listening" to me ramble again. Any feedback would be appreciated greatly.
