Day 3: A lot of sleep.

And so comes day 3 of my time on SP. I haven't weighed in yet today, I have to wait until tomorrow as I promised yesterday. I actually got a good night's sleep last night. I don't even remember falling asleep, I just remember laying in bed at about 1a.m. and thinking about something, then I woke up and suddenly it was 5:30 already! I was quite surprised because even after waking up then, I could lay back down and fall asleep almost immediately. I slept until 8:30, when my dog woke me up.

Despite feeling rather well rested, I feel somewhat down today. I'm not sure why, exactly. I think because yesterday the stress factor was off the charts, and it puts a huge strain on my mind. Today, I think I just need to be calm, relax, and take my mind off things with some exercise. I find exercise does wonders when you're feeling blue. I will as usual play the dance game on the wii, and I'll probably take my dog for a long walk around the neighborhood. And of course, house chores are generally good exercise as well - not to mention they desperately need to be done!

Well anyway, before I ramble too much, I should get going. I hope everyone has a great Monday! emoticon

    I hope that you get to feeling better as the day goes on :). It seems like today is the day to be blue.

    Yeah I woke up feeling a bit grouchy today myself probably because work was retarded yesterday. I'm going to do a lot of exercise to get rid of that feeling today though. Lol, sounds like Chibi's going to be getting some exercise as well x3
