Bad week turned ok

Last Friday I threw my back out so bad that I couldn't even walk or hold my daughter :(. For the whole week I was laid up only able to get up to use the washroom. So In addition to no physical activity, I also did not eat so well....just easy to grab foods ( mostly junk ). I was pretty scared to check my weight this morning, but I was pleasantly surprised to see no weight gain! No weight loss either, but I'll take it:)
As of today I am almost fully recovered. I'm going to take it slow this week and just do some light yoga. The fridge is fully stocked with plenty of fruits and veggies that I can't wait to dig into! I'm looking forward to this week and getting back to feeling like myself again :)
