Week 2 of Ripped in 30 + Takin' Care of Bizness

Today is MONDAY! I have a LOT to do today! At work AND at home. I am still debating over what workout I'm going to do tonight... Do I want to dive back in to Ripped in 30 or take the softball yoga route? Oh, I already know I'm gonna be choking in front of the TV with Jillian tonight... Like I did last night.
Last night was my first night of Week 2 of Ripped in 30. Jillian, I'm sorry I talked all that junk about Level 1 not really getting to me. I'm sorry I said the 30 Day Shred seemed tougher than that first week's workout. What do I know? I'm just a dork with a DVD player...
I don't know how long I laid on the rug after I was done.
10 minutes? 20? However long it was, it wasn't long enough for my sweat to dry. Or for me to get over the Jello Leg Syndrome. When I finally came to, I sure was glad I had gone ahead and mopped the house BEFORE I worked out, because I am 100% sure it wouldn't have happened afterward.
Thank Goodness today is a new day and I'm not too too sore this morning. Now, as the day progresses, I'm guessing I will feel it a little more. But for now, I feel good. I'm not looking forward to doing that workout again, but I might as well do it again today to try to get used to it. Tonight is my Father-In-Law's birthday dinner, too. So as soon as I get off work I'll be prepping salmon, salad, rice, green beans, and some other goodies for him. The house is all cleaned up and I've dared anyone to make a mess before dinner! :0)
I packed lots of good, healthy snacks today, so I should be good to go all day...
