Back to doing this, back to tracking, back to Wii Fit. I haven't done any since Wednesday because from Thursday-Saturday I went to London. I'll probably do a big post about that complete with photos at some point.

I can't say that I was good whilst I was away. It is so difficult to follow a diet when you are in a hotel room and so can't make your own food. Plus, it becomes hard to track and when you're broke and down in London any way it becomes easier to eat badly. Meh. Oh well, at least I did a LOT of walking whilst I was there.

But yes, I'm back to doing this now. :) This morning I did 20 mins Wii Fit and then about 10 mins of Just Dance but I'm really not good at doing it. *laughs* Still, I'll get there.

    Look forward to the pics, never been there myself.... hardly been anywhere actually..But as for your dancing, you may not be doing it right, but if you're having fun, it's exercise and worth it..... emoticon

    Hopefully you enjoyed the trip otherwise. Sometimes life does throw those little roadblocks up that make it hard to stay on track, but as long as we're willing to get back, we will be able to keep moving forward.
