Next = 28day bootcamp

Started the 28-day spark bootcamp challenge this morning (not the DVD), so it seems its along the same lines as the JJS. A Spark strength workout each morning along with at least 30mins cardio 5 days a week. So this together with my kettle bell training should work out just fine.
Today I did week 2 kettleworx cardio workout, plus the bootcamp 10min cardio routine - I was flagging at the end. Mowed the lawns in the stinking midday heat, scrubbed the mildew off my outdoor table and hosed it down, had a friend over for late lunch (Genzano potato pizza, handmade by moi), water blasted spider webs off the south side of the house, then had BBQ dinner over at the neighbors! BIG day! Great weather too!
Also downloaded the "Sleep Pillow" app for my iPad which plays all sorts of 'sleep lullabies' eg whale song, sea sounds, crickets, fire crackling, rain, etc, so will give the whales a try tonight and see if it helps with sleeping.
