I started a new eating/work out plan for this semester. I wanted to try something different with my eating and decided to experiment with some guidelines. It's been about a week but so far so good. I had to detour from it a bit this week end since i had the fitness conference and everything going on. But no worries I still ate pretty healthy!
i'm looking into getting my group exercise certification. Since I'm not certified the work shop I went do doesn't really count for anything except my own benefit. As long as i get my certification within the next 6 months it'll count towards a renewal or something along those lines.
I updated my page so my current work out goals are posted there. If anyone has any questions about my current eating guide lines feel free to ask. I didn't see the point in writing the out since i'm sure not all of you care to read the details.
starting at 135 and 20% body fat (i have alot of muscle). my goal: 125 and at least 15% before the end of the semester.
