Sunday Food Indugences

Had black raspberry pie after supper, and French toast for breakfast, but I had a half-portion. I'm trying out due diligence weekdays with relaxed (but not piggy) standards on weekends.

I want to make permanent changes this time, not 'diet'.

    So long as you can still stay within your calorie range, I don't see why not! Reducing portions is key. Like yesterday, I ate before going to a restaurant, and barely ate the amount of food that I normally do there. Try that technique, as well. Say you're going to a restaurant. Make a healthy pb&j, or eat a yogurt, before going. Then, you won't be eating as much bread or whatever before your meal! :)
