my transformation is coming along. slowly. I joined a 12 week fitness program here in town with some friends and family and I am very excited about it. First week I lost 6 pounds.. BUT I think that had to do with stress and having the flu and not eating for 2 days... but it gave me the motivation to really want to do this. I dont want to be 'skinny' .. but I do want to be healthy. In one of the programs we have to write an essay about this process, so that will be interesting at the end of the 12 weeks. but we could win $5000! so its worth it!
