My wife and I have been vegan now for over 4 years. It was 4 years last November 8th. We talked about it and we have decided to try raw for a while. We are planning on one raw meal per day for a week and then 2 raw meals for a week, and then we would like to settle in at about 70-75% raw for a period of time. I am hoping that this will help the weight get moving down again and I am also hoping that it will help get my sugar and triglycerides down. Everything else is pretty normal. So, we will see.

    You might look at this. Was very helpful for me a few years ago, but I found my health declined as I used it more, but others I know have had great success. I have medical problems that make "dieting" or major changes to my diet hard. But give it a look see and see if it is what you are looking for. I truly like the concept, just unable to follow with medications I am on. Best of luck.
