January Jumpstart finished - next?

My results after the JJS weren't mind blowing but I have reduced some measurements, my waist is another cm smaller as are my hips, I did weigh less yesterday (70.6kg) but today weighed more (71.2kg) so go figure!
I feel good, which is VERY important, I'm still mostly eating well, exercising regularly, drinking water (probably my worst area), I feel more toned, and am definitely fitter! So all round it's a GREAT result!
So what's next?
Well I'll be continuing with my exercise program as mentioned in a previous blog, and have also joined the Stress Busters Challenge, as really need to work on my stress levels. Work has been very stressful, and I if I have to be completely honest the continual rehab for my knee is also very stressful. In fact I think it kind of consumes me, which isn't a good thing. So I need to even things out a bit more in my life. Stop and take stock, sleep better, slow down my head, breathe a bit more, and consider things before I speak. And set aside more quality time just for me.
I'm also working my way through THE SPARK book, which is a bit on the touchy feely side for me, but I'll keep going with it. It is taking me outside my comfort zone, which isn't exactly a bad thing. I guess we could all do with a bit of that from time to time.
So here's to the next month and all it brings!
