This is my S.T.O.P. Goals.
S is for short.
This will be short. So am I.
It is also for Stop Stress (NOW!)
It has been quite a week.
The headache still keep cropping up, it does feel like sinus, and yet it feels stress related.
I backed off the computer for the morning, did the dishes, had some quiet time, read my Bible, and just finished making a chicken soup, except for adding the egg noodles in a while.
T is for time.
I need to make time for me, and everything else, and keep everything else from overwhelming me.
O is for optimistic.
That is what I try to be as much as I can. Sometimes it's hard. You know that. You face the same thing.
P is for peace.
One of my spark friends mentioned that today, and I have been thinking about it, and read some scripture on it. There is a verse in Isaiah - He will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is fixed (set) on thee. Now that may be a slight paraphrase, as I am doing it from memory right now, and I read several versions and I mix them up at times. Nonetheless: peace.
