Crap week food wise but still managed to lose a pound...

Had a big meeting that lasted two day, catered breakfast, lunch and dinner one night and I still managed to lose one pound. The first day we had omelet's with different protein plus fruit salad. For lunch we had sandwiches and I'll admit instead of getting rid of the bread, I ate the bread and salad supplied but did not have any carbs with the dinner - just stuck with the protein. For the second day stayed away from the breakfast (frittata's with lord knows how much cheese) they had sandwiches again for lunch but got rid of the bread and had the filling with salad. I staid away from the desserts both days - nothing but trouble.
