Hey all!

I just wanted to check-in with a short blog entry. I'm feeling GREAT, and I just lost a pound. I wanted to emoticon a little bit about that!

Weighing in is a funny thing, as weight fluctuates so much. I think I've finally gotten the weighing in process down, after buying my own scale and weighing AT THE SAME TIME EVERYDAY. I weigh in the mornings, which seems to be giving a pretty accurate reading across days/weeks.

So, I've FINALLY crossed the threshold from the 150s to the 140s. I see only progress from here on out, as I have upped my workouts and am still working on my gluten-free lifestyle. I have settled back into vegetarianism, and I think these are all the right things for my body.

    Way to go! I used to weigh myself daily, then got out of the practice, eventually gained most of my weight back, and now am back to weighing myself daily. I really need those numbers to keep track of how I'm doing! I'm glad you're finding success! Keep up the good work!

    Yaaaay! emoticon My little sister also eats gluten free (she has a bunch of intolerances that I can't keep track of), and it's difficult for her because gluten is in EVERYTHING these days.
