I bought the Sparkpeople 28 day DVD. Have not yet had time to look it over, I plan on starting Feb.1st. So if anyone has any opinions I'd love to hear them.

Not much to say today, thinks still going good. Seems my thoughts of food are not so strong. I have been busy with other things.

We are going to get more wood tomorrow so lot of exercise, both cardio and strength training with some weight lifting can be a real calorie burner. I feel good about doing these things and look forward to it. Sounds funny but there was a time I worried and dreaded doing any kind of hard labor. Now I am a strong energetic women..... emoticon
