Ok, so 1 down and 1 ready to go - almost!
I'm starting a new challenge this week and am gonna make this thing roll! Have a fantastic partner and we are ready to go get 'em!
I want to lose 5-8 pounds
Continue to walk/exercise at least 30 minutes daily
To Blog which helps keep me focused.
Of course drink that water and track my food are the other two things that make this work. Also it's gotten to be more of a life style now - a good one by the way.
Did my exercise today via CD - walk with Leslie for 2 miles. I really huffed and puffed today so now I now to kick it up outside when I'm walking. I can track it on the treadmill but I can only tell by my breathing when I'm outside. I do time the walk but guess I'm getting too used to it.
