I have logged into Sparkpeople 11 days - that's my current spreak. So yeah for me. My nutrition has been good, bad, and ulgy but I'm been tracking it. I quit some bad habits and getting better and better.

11 days will become 22 then 33, etc... Small steps to big changes. My bad habits will be replaced by good habits and that will become my normal. It's exciting. 11 days.

Yeah me.

    I checked out your nutrition tracker. You are doing great to be tracking! I suggest more natural food and less processed foods like the Lean Cuisine. They are so easy to prepare, but you will find that you feel healthier when you eat whole, fresh foods.

    Getting some good quality meat would be an improvement. I like to cook boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I make a large batch and then store them in the fridge and freeze some. When I want some protein, I just pop them in the oven. Also, cube steak is easy to cook. It only takes a couple minutes to pan fry it. It is tough, so I cut it in little pieces and eat it. I also get frozen salmon fillets at Walmart and cook up four of them at a time. Then I keep them in the fridge ready to warm up and eat. Anyway, you are doing great!
