A very good day!

It's a little late and I need to call it a day so the energy will be there for tomorrow. This will be a little on the short side, but that's OK.
Somehow I walked over 15,600 steps today!! Over 6.60 miles!! And no, I don't feel tired! I don't know how this happens, but I'm not complaining. Also got a great strength training session in, finishing up with a little yoga. Finished the vacuuming & dusting and am ready for the grandsons to come here on Sat. morning.
Another day with no food problems either. Decided I could make 'Subway' sandwiches at home if I had the right filings. I could load up on veges, use either tuna salad made with Helman's low fat Mayo or roasted turkey. So I had one of those 6" sandwiches, toasted it and am telling you it was divine!! Really, really good. Had a side of celery sticks, which I really like anyway. The most significant thing I've noticed, which seems to run consistently is that I have no desire to eat sugar anymore. Not even a glimmer of a craving for it. I had a huge sweet tooth before I started here at SP. I'm no longer tempted by the Edy's ice cream in the freezer that belongs to DH either!! Just don't care about it. Now, THAT'S real progress.
Have a super busy day on tap for tomorrow, so getting the exercise in will be more of a challenge, I WANT to do it, so I'm going to think positively and will say, where there's a will, there's a way. I'll figure it out.
