... 'cause I have surely lost it, Ladies. No "phonin' it in" going on in THIS house! Did my Day 4 of Level 1 of Ripped in 30 tonight... And definitely "GOT SOME" as the monster herself put it. I have thought that this workout was not quite as tough as what I was doing on 30 Day Shred... well, tonight I must have finally done it right, because I had sweat in places I didn't even know I had sweat glands. I think my eyeballs were sweating.

And I burned over 180 calories in 34 minutes with an AVERAGE heart rate of 132 - I got it up to 172... AWESOME. I felt GREAT!!! By the time I finished, I was truly exhausted and ready for a pep-talk cool down.

So, today may have started off tired, but a run in the sprinkles after work and a session of ripping really helped me finish strong! At the very least I feel like I really did something today.

PS - Tonight I noticed that my HRM/Garmin told me I burned 190 calories running those fast 2 miles... a LOT of it was uphill, so I guess that's why it was more than usual. That, and I was booking it trying to beat the storm... So, hope it's not cheating that I just added the calories that Spark had cheated me on my run when I logged my Ripped w/o! Just gotta have credit for every one!!! HAHAHA!
