No exercise for two days? Shoot!

I had two funky moles removed at the dermotolgist's office today. I was freaking out because they could be cancerous, but she put my mind at ease. She said over 95% of the samples she's sent for testing have come back benign. She thinks mine are just atypical and not a problem. Whew! However, because she removed some of my skin, I've got stitches. I look like Frankenstein! emoticon
So, I'm not supposed to do anything physical for two days, only "quiet activites." Phooey! I went over my calorie limit the last two days and was hoping to burn some extra calories today to balance the week. I even specifically asked the doc if I could workout. She said no, because that would raise my blood pressure and cause bleeding. Rats! That means I'll be finishing the final week of the January Jumstart Workout Challenge late, because I'll be behind two days. That's fine; I'm still going to finish it! I'm going to do some stretches later anyway, so I don't feel like a total couch potato. I must keep my calories in check for the rest of the week! I guess I'm in damage control mode for the rest of the month. And while I'm lounging around I'll update my page for February. emoticon
