emoticonFriday 1/20:
-10am oatmeal, 1/2cup cottage cheese, 3/4 cup blueberries
-10:45am slice of swiss cheese
-11:30am coffee, 3tsp sugar, 2TBS half & half
-1:45pm can of chef boyardee ravioli (I haven't eaten this since I was about 5yrs old, but I've been craving this during my pregnancy really badly!)
-2:30pm 3 oreos
-5:30pm 4 homemade blueberry muffins, 1 cup soymilk
-9pm bowl of Life cereal with soymilk
-11pm tuna salad packet
ACTIVITY: 1 mile walk, light weights

emoticonSaturday 1/21:
-10am glass of OJ, 2 slices french toast, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1TBS maple syrup, 3TBS reddi whip, 1 scrambled egg, coffee, 3tsp sugar, 1.5TBS heavy whipping cream
-1pm banana, 5 sonic mozzarella sticks, 1/2 cup cherry coke, twix bar (we were out running errands)
-3:30pm frosted mini wheats, 2% milk
-8pm 2 slices Pizza Hut pan style cheese pizza
-9pm yoplait light vanilla yogurt
-10:30pm tuna salad packet
ACTIVITY: walked around the block with my dog, spent a few hours looking at paint colors & baby furniture with the hubs - I'm counting this as 1mile toward my mileage goal

emoticonSunday 1/22:
-9:30am 1/2cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
-10:30am 4 banana pancakes, coffee, 3tsp sugar, 2TBS half & half
-12:30pm 1.5 slices left over cheese pizza
-3pm banana, einstein bros. everything bagel with plain cream cheese
-5:30pm cheerios with 2%milk
-8pm 4oz london broil, 1 cup green beans, 3x3 piece of cinnamon roll cake
-10pm chocolate milk
ACTIVITY: 5k walk (3.2miles)

emoticonMonday 1/23:
-9:30am frosted mini wheats, 2 snack sized bags of spicy nacho flavored doritos, 2 peanut m&m's
-12pm 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 banana
-3pm jello chocolate pudding cup, 1/2 banana
-5:30pm 5 large blueberry pancakes (used 1/2 a bag of frozen blueberries!), 2 snack-sized bags cool ranch doritos
-9pm 6oz OJ
ACTIVITY: 1/2 mile walk with dog

emoticonTuesday 1/24:
-9:30am oatmeal, 2TBS brown sugar, 1TBS butter, 2.5 sausage links
-11am coffee, 3tsp sugar, 2TBS half & half
-12:45 lean cuisine chicken alfredo, yoplait light key lime yogurt
-2:30pm 2 van's gluten free waffles, 1cup strawberries, 4TBS reddi whip
-4pm frosted mini wheats with 2% milk
-7pm 2 scoops of haagen daas (strawberry cheesecake, & dark chocolate peanut butter)
-9pm 5 sonic mozzarella sticks, small sonic cherry limeade
ACTIVITY: walked the outlets for 3 hrs, to the point that I was in excruciating pelvic pain again & almost didn't make it back to the car (counting it as 1.5 miles)

emoticonWednesday 1/25:
-11:30am Brown Cow apricot/mango yogurt, snack-sized bag of Lays original potato chips, mini ice cream sandwich, raisin bran with soymilk, couple bites of cottage cheese (can you tell I was dealing with family drama all morning? Stress eater!!!)
-2pm peppermint patty
-3pm 3/4 cup mac & cheese, 3 pinwheel cookies
-4:30pm peanut butter granola bar
-7pm 1.5cups gluten free pasta, 4 meatballs, 1/2 cup marinara
-8:30pm glass of milk
ACTIVITY: absolutely nothing

    No more outletting for you-LOL! For real- that pelvic pain issue sounds horrible! My chiro, who is pregnant, ran a few minutes to chase after her son and she had the same thing!!!
    She said it hurt for a few days- man... good thing you know how to take good care of you :-)
