So today I just made the short-term goals that I hope I can stick by. Ready? First, I want to lose 20 pounds by Bike Week. Since I have gained most of the weight that I lost last year back, that would bring me down to 214, by March 9th. Then, I want to be at least down to 200 by my anniversary, April 29th. Twenty pounds might be a little much to lose in the next 5 weeks, but at least I want to be close. Now, I'm off to do a little exercise at work before the boss gets back lol.
