Hooray Friday!

Hooray, it's Friday, it's day 6, and week 4 of my january jumpstart, it's been a good month of working out! Coach Nicole's Upper body sculpt was good this morning , although I think my arms were already tired from my 20min Kettleworx resistance workout (week 1) as I found the standing flies a bit difficult. Last day of JJS tomorrow, so will weigh / measure myself on Sunday to see how i did! A bit exciting!
Had to get up an hour earlier this morning as I have to start work an hour earlier because of my dreaded audit today. However I still wanted to fit in my morning workout. Despite going to bed Slightly earlier, i Couldn't blimmin well go to sleep last night, so got up at about 12.30am and took some valerian. Had weird dreams all night. So even though it wasn't a great rest got up early and am glad I've done my workouts.
