Improving Me!

I know I wasn't supposed to get on the scale today, but yesterday I weight in at 281.6 but today it said 280 yay! Okay now staying alway from the scale until Wednesday.

Now I thought about something's I would like to do, such as ride a bike. Hmmm I'm 31 I haven't rode a bike since I was 16 I wonder if I can still ride one. But love when the weather gets better to ride with my kids.

Also I grew up roller skating. Loved it used to be in roller skating contest. I would love to get back in some skates without feeling uncomfortable about my weight. Oh I know we don't see kids playing double duch anymore, crazy Hun, but I won contests from the double duch challenging my team and I was on. I would love to get my kids into double duch and possible start something at my girls after school program getting girls into double duch contests to keep them off the streets popping out babies. Healthy for them to get in exercise and keep
them busy. Just thinking out loud.

But, I got in my workout today burn 697 today body is on fire, but that's good fire. Have a busy day, off to the post office, crochet orders, reading and cooking. Hope all have a great Thursday. Smooches!!!!

    I was teaching elementary school in the 90s in Oakland, and the girls were totally into Double Dutch! Getting back into activities you've enjoyed before sounds emoticon emoticon emoticon (OK, I know that last one is on the wrong kind of skates, but as close as I could get! emoticon )

    It's wonderful that you are seeing evidence that what you are doing is working emoticon ! And even when the numbers get stubborn, keep that fire, and you will prevail! emoticon

    That is awesome to stand on the scale and see a loss!! I am so much like you in the fact I must discipline myself when it comes to the scale!!! Monday and Friday is my day! I get to get on the scale as many times as I want to on Monday, and Friday I get on in the morning so I can see hopeful progress and it helps me to not BLOW all my hard work and I tend to stay focused on the weekends!!!
