Good day for exercise!

Well I really belted out a good variety of exercise today:
- JM Shred it with weights 25 mins
- coach Nicole's lower body pilates workout for my JJS
Squeeze in a full days work, then . . .
- a 45 min walk up one tree hill about 3.5km (up a small volcano - see link below If you're interested)
- 45 min Taichi class
Back home in time for a nice cuppa tea with my favourite tv show i had recorded then a hot soak in the spa pool! Brilliant!

Tomorrow have BIG audit by the government at work, so needed a good hard day exercisey day today, will probably need a good hard walk after the audit tomorrow, or even a nice relaxing swim! Fingers crossed it all goes well and I don't get too much of a butt kicking! Least my butt has firmed up somewhat, should be able to handle it!
