Update on Body Fat Percentage!!!!

So today when I went to my gym, I had the personal trainer there check my body fat % before I worked out and I was pleasantly surprised! I had gotten it checked back in September when I was 162-ish pounds and I was 36% body fat. Today, at 154 pounds, I am 28% body fat!!! I had no idea what it would be but I definitely wasn't expecting 28%. This explains why I haven't been losing weight, because my body has reached a healthy percentage. It definitely puts my mind at ease regarding my weight loss because I was beginning to get really discouraged. But now I can continue with what I'm doing and know that I'm still doing well and moving in the right direction.
