Time to reflect

In the nearly two years I have been a Member of I have managed to shed 10 % of my original body weight - twice.
I am working on my 3rd 10% now.
Today I am leaving for a trip to Germany for 4 weeks. I just hope that my Mom's good Cooking does not set me back too far. I just know that I won't be able to resist some of the foods she prepares. But I promise to drink my 8 cups of Water daily, go to Water Aerobics twice a week, and at least make an attempt to walk a mile a day.
How far these resolutions will go I don't know.
My weight this morning was 144.2. Lets see what it is upon my return.
