Day 2 of my quest to lose 10 pounds and I'm winning! I filled up with acorn squash, oranges, and grapes yesterday so I did not "need" dessert. Hurray for me! I also went to evening Zumba and worked as hard as I could. I have to miss morning aerobics today---work is getting in the way of my exercise schedule!---but I'll take the dog for a walk later so it will be a day of "active recovery." And I'm going to lift weights and go to Pilates on Thursday so Day 3 should be a good one too!
