Gaining...

So I've lost a total of 2 pounds, and now I've gained them back... I haven't changed my diet I just added walking everyday to change things up a bit... What's going on?

    Thank you all very much, I didn't know if it was normal to gain when not doing any weight training, I guess so. emoticon

    It's normal for your body to adjust to new things. Keep up what you're doing and things will turn around.

    It's normal to fluctuate a bit. Are you enjoying eating better and being active? Keep at it and focus on the positive!

    Just keep going even if the scale isn't helping. It will work. Do you eat within a half hour of getting up? That is one change that seems to have made a difference for me.
